Choosing Marília is no accident. Located in one of the largest technology and innovation hubs in inland São Paulo, deploying the Data Center within the Eurípedes University Center of Marília (UNIVEM) ensures direct academic integration, research fostering, and a shielded, secure environment.
The civil infrastructure is being designed (Built-to-Suit) under the strictest engineering standards, focusing on efficient thermal containment and modular architecture, allowing physical expansion without service interruption.
Tier III/IV Standard
Technical design focused on ultra-high availability (uptime). Multiple power and cooling distribution paths, ensuring fault tolerance (N+1).
Sustainable Energy
Primary power supported by a 61 MW Substation and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System), aiming for an optimized target PUE.
Architecture and Administrative Headquarters
Campus Module Layout
UNIVEM provides its strategic proprietary land for the project's physical viability. The architectural design features an administrative headquarters integrated with infrastructure halls, building construction, foundations, and secure rooms.
Phasing and Modular Layout
The deployment utilizes Transportable Outdoor Prefabricated Data Centers designed for modular expansion. Modules will be smartly housed on-site using integrated halls with rooftop photovoltaic panels for maximum efficiency and area utilization.
