How is Data Sovereignty guaranteed in the project?
Unlike major global providers where data may travel through overseas servers, UniNeon ensures that 100% of physical and logical processing and storage occur within national territory (Marília/SP), in full compliance with LGPD and security laws.
What is the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV / SPE)?
The SPV is the legal structure adopted to shield investments. All raised funds and Data Center assets remain isolated in this dedicated entity, separate from the individual assets of the consortium companies (Gigliotti Corp, UNIVEM, Domotyk, and Construtora CG).
What is the energy efficiency plan?
The project includes an on-site 20 MW Solar Plant designed by Domotyk, coupled with BESS (battery banks). This ensures clean power supply, predictable operational expenditures (OPEX), and a market-leading PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness).
Which sectors will the Data Center serve primarily?
Low-latency and AI computing will focus on Agribusiness (Agro 5.0), Smart Cities (traffic management and public safety), Telecommunications carriers (5G Edge), and enterprise clients demanding Big Data.
Is the project already open to investors?
The project is currently in the structuring and Steering Committee approval phase. Gigliotti Corp is designing a Blended Finance approach (BNDES financing combined with Private Equity and Receivables Tokenization). For more details, visit the Investor Portal.
